Felicity jones is a British actor who is best recognized for her role as Jane Hawking. She played Jane Hawking on The Theory of Everything, that was critically acclaimed. Jones started acting at the age of aged 12. She has worked as actress in numerous TV shows, plays and films. She began her career acting on television in the role of The Treasure Seekers. Following that she made an appearance on The Worst Witch as Ethel Hallow and in Weirdsisters College. In her film debut Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to feature in several movies. In The Invisible Woman & The Amazing Spider-Man 2 the actress was a star for her performance. Her performance in The Theory of Everything was which earned her her first Oscar nomination. The biopic was inspired by the life of physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones received a lot of praise from audiences and critics due to her impeccable performance as Hawking's wife. She was then seen in Inferno an action film starring Tom Hanks. Jones was awarded the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding talents and contributions.
